Ten Slovak SMEs among the Central Europe Technology Fast 50

Ten Slovak SMEs have been included to last Central Europe Technology Fast 50. During last 6 years it is prepared by the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu . All mention Slovak companies are technology companies with high qualified human resources and which can fully profited on existing business potential in their region. During last 3-5 years, some of them increased own annual profit several times year-by-year. The most significant challenge for the future is for them to ensure further high technology development and creation of adequate company?s infrastructure aiming support its further economic growth.


SW company Elas (since October 2005 bought by Siemens Business Services Slovakia) was included among Top 50 Central Europe third time. Company Eset, which producing worldwide famous top Antivirus product NOD32, was included fourth time - but year-by-year with higher profit and and better ranking. Company Ipesoft is MES (manufacturing enterprise solutions) producer for industry and energy sectors - it also third time increasing own development thanking to own technology integrating management and producing information systems.
Companies Ultrazvuk and Ecoson are only two top slovak companies not operating in IT sector. Both companies are focusing on R&D in ultrasonically equipments or health-care equipment and instruments. The company Anasoft APR is SW producer with own applications and SW solutions in integrated information systems. The company Ability Development is R&D company focusing on portals, document management, content management and on industry vision systems (on-line digital scanning of production procedures). Technology integrator ? company Tempest was included among Central Europe Technology Fast 50 third time, too. Among the Technology Fast 50 in Central Europe belong also Slovak companies Profesia and alternative telecom operator Micronet.
